Andrea was born in the province of Reggio Emilia in 1990 and has been playing the piano since the age of six. Alongside his musical career, he has earned two degrees and a PhD in Civil and Environmental Engineering.
In over ten years of his career, he has composed various pieces of contemporary classical music (or Modern Classical) for piano, along with some atmospheric ambient experiments. He has released seven albums ("Partire," "Stanze Segrete," "Metamorfosi," "Chronos," "Shadows," "Singularity," "The Thunder"), various singles, some collections ("I Play Mine"), and has performed in many parts of Italy and Europe.
His compositions have been used for soundtracks and commercials, and have been included in editorial playlists on Spotify, Apple Music, and Amazon Music.
The artist believes that music is about sharing, and with this spirit, he founded “Chronos Studio” in 2014, a home recording studio and concert hall where he organizes small, intimate events, bookable online for free.
In November 2014, he started the "I Play Yours" project, releasing a monthly piano cover on YouTube and Spotify, covering a wide range of music genres from pop to rock, including metal and dance. In 2016, he founded “Pedala Piano” along with Francesco Mantovani and Daniele Leoni. In 2021, he created “A Bridge to Outer Space,” a parallel project focused on ambient and electronic music.
In addition to my work as an Engineer and Pianist, I regularly perform with Pedala Piano, La President Band, HegEL, and as a session musician.
